How to transform icons in photoshop?

The question is: there is an icon that is a vector shape. When its size is increased by 2 times, translucent pixels appear at the edges, even for simple icons like "home".
If you drag manually, you can see that the semi-transparent pixels disappear every 6px, i.e. when the icon is 72, 78, 84 etc. For each icon, this interval is different. And it is unlikely that he will help me, because. I need to automatically cut everything for ios. Who in the subject tell me how to be with the icons? I heard it is necessary to set them by coordinates, set them to even coordinates - it did not help. Snap to grid enabled. 1px grid, draw at @1x.

I suspect that the icon is not vector, because photoshop. I could be wrong, but vector drawings from illustrator are inserted into the shop as smart objects that are no longer vector.

Or scale in a multiple of 6px size. Or customize each icon with your hands, make sure that all anchor points lie strictly in the corners of the 1px grid
