Why did toster.ru stop saving the draft question in localStorage?

Wrote a rather lengthy question about an IDE that would better suit my development goals. But then the power surges and three thousand characters, along with the desire to ask a question, evaporated, as if they were not there.
Why does toster.ru no longer save the draft to localStorage, and doesn't offer to substitute the saved version if the window with the question is accidentally closed?
Or did it seem to me that this never happened at all?

I don't remember. Did not have. Confuse with posts on Habré.
If JetBrains has an ide for your language - use it, if not - vim.
