Hello. Cursor display issue.
The cursor itself and the loading circle without a shadow and with torn edges. Does it depend on the video card? Antialiasing? Or what is it? Tell me how to solve the problem?

Windows 10 20H2, Intel Core i5-7400T, Intel HD Graphics 630 + NVIDIA GeForce 940MX.

Solved a problem. Reset the settings in the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel under Display / Color Settings . There I previously set the Saturation slider to -5.
The truth is not clear why this happens, but I found the reason.

The shadow in the mouse settings is enabled.
About torn edges is very strange. Most likely the screen resolution is low, anti-aliasing does not affect the cursor.
