Portfolio for UI game interface designer?

Hello.

Need advice from those in the know. I want to develop in the field of game UI. Given that the portfolio should be a prototype of the interface, where to get projects? All I see on Behance are prototypes of famous games that are posted by designers working in these projects. Just take any game in your portfolio and make a prototype based on it? It seems to me that this could lead to copyright issues. And where can I get the sources (after all, graphic designers are involved in rendering) for the layout? How did those who are in the subject and with experience solve this issue?

What I mean by game interface prototype in portfolio (ideally):

The example that you indicated is the case of the official developers and designers of Wargame - these are their own Intellectual Property Objects, so it does not count))
And yes, you can take any art (which you find on the net) for any game or draw your own. If you are not going to use their OIS for commercial purposes, then always welcome. Moreover, the hunters of the largest game development studios are looking for talent in the tags of their own titles and all sorts of semi-pro concepts.
But as for the source codes - of course, this is already in the jurisdiction zone, and you can often find crap vector source codes. So use everything you find in Google and draw your own (as they say, you are a DESIGNER) and don't worry.

Portfolios should be based on your own projects, not copy-pasted by others. (if you take an existing game and copy its interface - it will not be the work of a designer, but a plagiarist)
In principle, you can come up with some game of your own and design an interface for it.
