How to transfer WSL2 from one PC to another?

There is Windows with wsl2 and the project is deployed there.
I decided to put a new Windows on another PC and I want to transfer this project there so as not to bother again with all the settings.
Can I somehow copy wsl2 from one PC and put it on another so that the project remains working?
