Background:

I opened a site (online store), successfully worked for more than two years, then I decided to make an experiment to increase the IKS in Yandex, and improve indexing in general, I added it without a subdomain, just in the /var/www/html/domain.ru/ folder forum

Site structure:
/var/www/html/domain.ru/ - the main page of the store, with products and descriptions.
/var/www/html/domain.ru/forum - that experiment It was

planned to make a forum, which was ultimately successful and I was able to gain good activity, then I converted this forum into a news portal, redid the design and completely rewrote the post output format from forum, under the news (the reason for this is that it was well indexed, I got X 150 for 1-1.5 years without investments, but I didn’t like the forum itself, so the news site looks better against the background of the forum design).

At the moment, my site on domain.ru is not connected in any way with domain.ru/forum, and this is a very strong problem for me, and this site itself has become more popular than the store.

I want to separate the /forum/ folder, and try to move all links to the example.domain.ru subdomain to the place of the folder , is it possible to do this without losing indexing? (120 posts with views, and excellent positions for queries in Google).

I would be glad if there is a solution to this problem

There is no way without indexing loss - for search engines it will be a completely new domain (and most likely even with a different, new file structure, because it is unlikely that you will place a forum in the / forum / folder on the new domain, rather immediately in the root of the site / ).
A 301 redirect from the old domain to the new one will help you not to lose visitors.
And then you need to pray to all computer gods and straight hands ...
