How to transfer the punbb forum to another hosting?

Good afternoon.
I transferred the forum to punbb to another hosting according to the instructions (transferred files from the old to the new hosting (the path remained the same), restored the database backup (as in the photo), re-registered new data in the config), but the forum does not open. There is an assumption that the error is in the transfer of the database, namely in changing the name. What could be wrong?
