I'm making a small business card site using only HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and a bit of jQuery.
There are 2 small blocks with news and offers. They will not be edited very often.
The question is how then, without my participation, to add news to the site?

Stupid way in the forehead. Read news, for example, from a .txt file, which can be stupidly edited by the client and uploaded to the site. But still it is better to install the simplest free CMS like Wordpress.
