CMS for club website?
Please advise a free CMS (or a set of modules for some well-known CMS) for the "club of interests" site.
Required:
1. PHP/Perl + MySQL (I don't really want to understand any .net or java for this). The load will be very small.
2. Language - only English, i.e. multilanguage, multidomain are not needed.
3. Actually the main functionality (in addition to the "static" pages with information):
- registration of club members (possibly with pre-moderation). If it's great with openid support.
— access levels (admin, moderator, club member)
– creation by the moderator + of the event (place, date, cost of participation, description, number of seats). Accordingly, the display of a list of events, a calendar. Export to iCal, Outlook, Google Calendar.
- the ability for club members to indicate their participation (RSVP) or non-participation. With support for the number of free seats and waiting list
- the ability to add a review about the past event, photos from the event.
4. well, maybe some simple forum for communication.
If someone is familiar with the meetup.com website, you need a complete analogy within the same club (that is, without the possibility of creating clubs).

No matter how trite it may sound, Joomla , with its modules, is the best fit.
SelfRegistration still for user registration (depends on front end users)
