How to transfer the amount of completed (but not yet paid) orders to Analytics?

To analyze the ROI of advertising campaigns, we need to transfer CRM order data to Universal Analytics. As I understand it, data on paid orders must be transmitted using the transaction type in the Measurement Protocol with an indication of the amount of profit.
However, between placing an order and actually paying for it, it takes from 1 to 3 months for us, and in order to make an ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of advertising, we need to use data on pre-orders. But how to correctly transfer the amount of the pre-order so that it can be used later in reports along with the amounts of paid orders?

then - soup with a cat
pre-order is NOT EQUAL to a paid order,
although the tax and other valcontrols like "accounting faster before receiving money"
you can not mix these categories, so you transfer the transaction for the first time with income - zero, the second - with real.
or if using the verbose option - just
checkout, checkout_option the first time and purchase the second
