How to transfer svn working directory on dev machine without resync?

Essence of the question - using TortoiseSVN Windows, the first and subsequent synchronizations with the remote repository were successful. There was a need to transfer already synchronized directories of repositories to another disk.
Now it is: A:\work\< repositories_directories> Needed
: E:\work\<
repositories_directories > a fairly large volume and the channel is not rubber (yet).
I had an idea - to make a copy of the directories to another medium, rename the disk itself. I understand that the method is clumsy and it is not clear how it will work later.
Of course, I would like to use the tool itself (TortoiseSVN) more for these purposes.
Before that I worked (only with git a little) and there I understand how it all works, now it is a comm.project and I would not want to become the one who breaks something in it.
