How to transfer installed OS WinXP to Gigabyte brix 2807?

Asked already here: goo.gl/imz2VX
OS WinXP SP3 on the disk works fine on the old laptop. How can I make the same drive work on the Gigabyte BRIX GB-BXBT-2807 Intel Bay Trail? (SSD 128GB)
Which way to dig?
Help.

While the disk is in the old laptop, install the drivers for ALL the hardware that will be in the new one (installers from the manufacturer's website). You rearrange the disk, turn on SATA in IDE mode and try to start. If it starts up normally, then check whether all the iron has picked up. After that, you can put SATA back into AHCI mode. If a BSOD crashes with an error 0x7b, then it's not destiny to use SATA - switch back to IDE.
If 0x7b crashes in IDE mode, then I don't know how. I had no problems when transferring XP to a new computer at work.
