Good day. You peel off the sticker - if there is a rubber / plastic plug with a shaft inside, then you are lucky and the cooler is collapsible. You can put silicone grease there, either from sewing machines, or special for coolers.
If everything is dull under the sticker, then the cooler is not collapsible - in the trash.
Well, in any case, if the cooler whistled, then this indicates the wear of the bearings and it most likely will not work for a long time even after lubrication (depending on the type of bearing).
Remove sticker.
IMHO, it is useless to lubricate, it is necessary to change to a new one.
Under the sticker is usually attached. But very often disassembled, it will be difficult to reassemble.
