How to transfer files between domains in Cyberpanel?

Hello, I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how to quickly transfer files to Cyberpanel.
There is a file manager there, but it only affects the current domain, that is, inside the domain - you can transfer as much as you like, but it does not let you go from one domain to another.
Maybe there is something else in the interface that will allow you to copy and transfer files.

There most likely the main entity is the site. And each site is isolated by a separate user. Remains SSH or FTP.
At least somewhere humanly done.
