How to transfer data from email to Comagic service?

I have the following task. Several mailboxes receive approximately the same type of letters with the name of the client and his phone number. At the moment, employees manually transfer the name and phone number of the client to the Comagic service, creating a new lead.

There are more and more letters, so I want to automate this process. The problem is that I don't know how to handle incoming emails. I see only one option - it's somehow to transfer letters from the mail server to the server with the site and then using the script to receive information from the letter, then send it to where I need to.

Can you please tell me how can I send letters to the server with a script? Perhaps there are other solutions to this problem, I will be very glad if you share your experience
