How to transfer active uTorrent downloads to another computer?

The task is to transfer the active downloads of the uTorrent client to a freshly installed Windows, so that you do not have to start each one in a new way.

in c:/Users/(account name)/ApplicationData in the Local and Roaming folders (could have made a little mistake) there are uTorrent folders or something like that, copy them to another disk, reinstall Windows, install torrent and copy the folders back, that's it)
