Will RAID 1 on Intel Rapid Storage migrate to another motherboard?

There is a gigabyte z170-hd3 ddr3-cf motherboard, on which a raid 1 is assembled from two disks of 1TB each. We
plan to switch to ddr-4, to the Asus Z170-P
mp.
raid created via intel rst respectively

You have a regular software raid, it is supported by Windows tools. In order for it to work on a different MB, you need to have drivers for a different chipset in Windows. Actually the problem is no different from moving one drive to another hardware configuration.
