I have a tablet on Windows 10 on my hands.
Viber is installed and you need it to notify, make a sound when the screen is locked (when the screen is off and when you press the lock button on the tablet)
At the moment, let's say I wrote a message, pressed the screen off button. And no notifications will come until I click on the same button. As soon as I press, a locked screen appears, message icons appear in viber and the corresponding sound.
