How to transfer a website (design) from Ucoz to WordPress?

Hello. There are these tabs with their own codes, and I would like to understand if it is possible to transfer your design (modified template) to WordPress. There is also a backup copy of the design and the site itself, but I don’t know how to implement all this on WordPress.

Start by learning the Wordpress templating engine. There is no magic button.
