Which trackball to choose for high accuracy?

Hey!
Designers, do you use trackballs? Which one do you like best and why?
If not, then what? Graphics tablets? Or a mouse?

Trackballs are often used as a CTS\RSI prophylaxis, i.e. often this is a forced measure, not due to any requirements for accuracy. An alternative for such cases would be the so-called. "vertical mouse".
In general, a mouse is required for drawing / retouching, a good tablet is highly desirable.
If you work with 3d, a 3d manipulator like spacenavigator helps a lot.
It must be remembered that although trackballs are considered "healthy" due to their "soft attitude" to the wrist, it is often overlooked that they are extremely unforgiving to the thumb joint, and if you "run out of it", CTS / RSI will seem sweet to you sleep.
If you still really want a trackball, it is obvious that, other things being equal, a larger trackball will provide more accurate positioning. Logitech products are popular among sabzh lovers, such as this one .
