How to transfer a virtual machine?

Hello, I need help in this matter.
I'm trying to transfer a virtual machine to another host, I transfer it by copying the disk to the host. When starting a new machine with an old disk, such an error appears, the screen is attached. If you set in the settings that this is a second generation machine, then everything freezes at the stage of device preparation. In the settings of the Wirth machine, loading from hdd is set.

I used this instruction several times:
0. Turn off the machine and disconnect all disks (this will speed up the export)
1. Perform the export. If the VM remains on the same computer, then you can export to the new location of the VM. If to another host, then just export to a separate folder.
2. Import (if on a new host, then copy the exported data beforehand)
3. Connect disks.
This is about 2008R2. I don’t remember exactly now, but in 2012R2 they added some convenient feature, so everything became even easier.
