How to install Integration Services in Hyper-V?

I'm trying to set up Windows Server Enterpise 2003 SP2 R2 on a virtual machine. I installed the system itself, but I can't set up integration services. OS Windows 10. I re-read the configuration manual, but the menu from the Actions -> Insert the installation disk of the integration services is missing. What can be done in this case?
