How to quickly switch proxy on Windows?

Hello! Such a situation arose, I installed openserver on the local machine, created “site1” there. index.php file with this content echo file_get_contents('site2/ip.php');
On "site2" in ip.php is $_SERVER['remote_addr']
site1 gives me the IP address that the provider gave me. Using proxycap, I connect to a sox5 proxy and create a rule for all programs. Accordingly, site1 starts displaying the IP address of the proxy, because All traffic goes through a proxy.
The question is, is it possible in Windows to somehow quickly switch proxies for all traffic, because it takes a very long time to configure proxycap. Is it possible to somehow reconnect to the proxy using the Windows command line or a batch file?
Proxies come with login and password authentication.

Locally raise the proxy intermediary server ( 3proxy with the parent option ) set the monitor
option in the configuration - it will allow you to monitor changes in the config (it will apply a new config without restarting 3proxy) set 3proxy in the proxycap proxy (I advise proxifier) write a script that will change the 3proxy config on the fly
