FireFox refuses to start, what should I do?

Came home today. Found out that FireFox does not start. After a double click on the icon, it hangs in the processes for 4-5 seconds and that's it. While other browsers work (Chrome, IE)

• reinstalled firefox
  
• Disabled antiviruses
  
• Checked for viruses
  

I am using Windows 8.1

The user had the same trouble ... the shift did not help .. set compatibility and run as administrator .. and something else could be ... in general, one-on-one was a problem .. somehow I decided by typing.
