How to transfer a system from VM to VPS?

The VirtualBox virtual machine is configured with a server running ubuntu OS. How can I quickly transfer the system from VM to VPS hosting?

If it is not possible to agree with the hoster, then you can run your system in a chroot.

you can transfer configs, directories like /MySQL /www and see the list of packages so that the versions of php, pearl and what else you crawl there, you can’t transfer
the whole vps - at least directories like /proc or kernel file
