How to "trade" with hr?

Friends, hello! Since there is little experience in this, I ask you to prompt or tell about your experience.
I work in a company in which some things do not suit me, not critical, but there is. I get, for example, 100 USD
I went through an interview with a new company, said that I was looking for a salary from 120 USD, that is, + -15% more.
I got an offer, a cool office, food, and so on. But the salary is exactly 120. The
question is, they did it on purpose, like I suddenly agree to less, or should I still ask for more money. How to win here for yourself?

If you think that you are worth more and, based on the results of the interview, you realized that you should ask this company for more, ask for more. What is the problem? The fundamental decision has already been made for you. You can lie that you already have an offer for a large amount, but "if you put it on, I will choose you."
In general, it all depends on qualifications.
No one will specifically twist these pennies for you.
Have a salary budget already planned before you arrive. And if you call 100 or 130, you will still be offered 120.
Unless you are overvalued or extremely low-skilled.
This is not the case in small scales, of course.
This is not the case in offices that are not specialized in IT and are not familiar with the level of payments in your profession.
Real life example:
We were looking for 2 mid-level admins.
A cool admin accidentally came to the interview.
We talked with him at the same time, since he came.
Then they thought - and instead of 2 medium ones they took 1 steep one, for the salary of these two medium ones.
In not state, but in commercial organizations (except for huge corporations) - salary issues are flexible.
You forget the main thing - you have to work at work.
And you are hired for this.
And you forget the second main thing - not only you are chosen but also you choose.
You same agreed were from 120? And the office suits? What is the problem?
Would you agree to 150, but with a bad office?

Well, what do you think, do they set such a price in the interests of whom?)
Tell me, I considered, they say, your offer, the stars will converge perfectly if all the buns have a conditional salary of 135 (you can think of why exactly the set of buns + salary falls short of the desired ).
The lag is almost always laid down. Bargain :)

When a manager submits an application for recruitment to the "HR department", he indicates in the application the threshold salary for this position. In general, HR doesn't care how much you get paid. His task is to select a candidate taking into account the existing requirements and restrictions (including salary).
It follows from this:
1. If your salary is indicated in your resume and HR called you, then most likely the company is ready to pay the money that is indicated in your resume. But are they ready to pay you - it will become clear from the results of communication with a potential leader?
2. It makes sense to indicate in the resume s / n a little higher than your own assessment of yourself. You will be corrected))
3. In every possible way avoid a direct answer to the question from HR: "For what minimum amount are you willing to work" - be sure that if you answer this question with a specific figure, then you will be paid. The correct answer is: “I would like to receive this much (an overestimated amount), but I am ready to discuss this issue as part of the overall picture, taking into account other factors (convenience of the location and comfort of the office, staff, bonuses, voluntary medical insurance for the family, etc. )
4. Remember: a substantive conversation on payment can only be after you like your immediate supervisor. All other questions regarding payment are aimed at determining whether it is worth continuing to communicate with you at all.
