What is the attitude of employers towards a diploma from Synergy University?
Hello!
At the moment I am studying at the evening form at a state university, I received an attractive job offer with relocation, in connection with which a question arose with the continuation of education, there is no distance form at my university, but I found that Synergy implements distance learning in a specialty similar to my specialty . Reviews about the university are mixed.
Actually, I would like to know the opinion of employers or recruiters and their attitude to the diplomas of this university. They issue a state diploma, but the university itself is not state.

The attitude of employers to all diplomas is the same, and in most cases the attitude is the same both to the presence and to the absence of a diploma. Be competent and then you won't need a crust.
It will not give a big advantage, but it does not get worse from this diploma.
And what's the difference if you started working.
A diploma is looked at when a person is hired for the first time, then it doesn't mean anything
Usually they don't apply. But, if you actively move up the career ladder, at a certain stage you may need a higher diploma, or maybe with the necessary specialization (it all depends on the requirements of the company). For such a purely formal purpose, any state diploma will do.
