Is it worth it to completely switch to English?
Good day to all. Straight to the point.
According to my purely personal assumptions, my English level is something like Pre-intermediate.
I devote an hour a day to studying grammar and an hour to TV shows/books, etc. There is progress, but it does not suit me. I spend the rest of the time studying the IT sphere (mostly I study teaching materials in Russian).
In your opinion, is it worth switching to English completely, or at my level will it greatly reduce the effectiveness in studying the IT field, and indeed anything in principle?

Still how worth it!
- switch to English in the Operating System , your IDE , sites / services where you sit.
- Try to immediately think in English. do not convert "think in Russian -> translate -> pronounce" , you need to "think in English -> pronounce"
- also find a friend/partner who knows English and can correct you (ideally a native speaker) and improve
- and much, much practices.
Good luck!
