and "shoveling money with a shovel" depends on the person, not books / courses / etc: their career statements can and should be safely scored. but they provide a base. and not bad.

Any courses provide a more or less decent base. The difficulty will then be in finding a job.
Specifically, the disadvantages of this course are the focus on iOS, not the best platform if you start from scratch. And if you have basic programming knowledge, then it's much cheaper to just read the official documentation, it's unlikely to get something more valuable from such courses.
I can advise you to look at courses from mail or Yandex, it seems that they then take them to internal teams, and this will be a very good start.
