Interested in courses in St. Petersburg on the layout of sites. What do you advise?
Interested in web development courses in St. Petersburg. A similar question was asked before, but it was a long time ago, about 4.5 years ago. Maybe something new has already appeared? It is desirable that this be a seminar, that is, not an online course. Interested in Frontend development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). Next is Backend Development (PHP). It is desirable that everything be done in stages, from scratch.
I tried to contact the Polytechnic University, where the courses are very expensive + classes start at 18:00, and I finish work just at 18:00 + it takes at least half an hour to get there.

I tried to be interested in the SkillUp school, but they disappeared somewhere. You can’t go to their website, and in the VK group there is nothing fresh from them + there are no contacts.

There is also a "Level Up" school, but about them I doubt that they teach well, because. they are with 5 years of experience, most likely theorists, nothing more. For some reason, they also teach Photoshop, and this no longer applies to layout, more to design.

There is
still a lot of talk about ITMO, but going there is quite risky, because there are a lot of negative reviews about them, they say, they are taught by 5th year students, everything is somehow clumsy , not professional...
I can't find anything suitable on Luxoft. A little bit, HTML5 and RIA only if, but there the course is in English, and I don’t speak the language professionally, and in general everything is somehow doubtful...
