What MS Office administration skills does an eNikey worker need?

I communicate with computers on YOU. There is higher education. Now works in those support of the provider. I want to triple work as an enikey worker and, in principle, I can easily master all the requirements, but there is one BUT.
I do not quite understand what the employer wants from the assistant sys. admin titled "MS Office Administration Skills"? What exactly does it need to be able to administer? Install and what would work?
Or is there some kind of subtlety in which, without reading the add. literature, you can’t figure it out, and if that’s the case, then what you need to read or watch and where to dig, so that they don’t look at me like an idiot at the interview.
