How to track the number of incoming / outgoing mail?

The sales department needs to keep statistics of incoming and outgoing mail by the number of calls. The issue with calls was solved by the service "My calls". But I can't think of anything with mail. We use mail on Yandex. Can you please tell me what service can do this? Or what CRM?

I don't know of any such service. But it is possible on the same php via imap. By imap_num_msg
