1. crm should be completely free. Trials are not considered
   
2. crm must be installed on hosting and domain
   
3. crm without restrictions on the number of users, clients, etc.
   

Bogeymen of the crm market like Bitrix, Megaplan, etc. are not considered, because. the purpose of the article is to make an overview of small and unknown crm systems to the general public. CRM is originally commercial software products! What kind of freebies are we talking about?
Bitrix has never been a CRM system, because this is a completely different software product, in which CRM is just a separate module, which, by the way, can be turned off altogether.
