Can a regular landline phone be connected to Bitrix24? Call rates through crm are expensive. Is there any way to make the billing go according to the tariffs of another provider? The office has a mini PBX, crm is needed to control calls and requests.

It is possible through IP telephony. But the Bitrix component for such a connection is not free (I could be wrong).
