The task was to register missed calls on the city line of Rostelecom.
Rostelecom provides a "cloud PBX" cloudPBX.rt.ru which is integrated only with Bitrix. (looks like SIP only)
Perhaps there is a "lost instruction" with webhooks etc.?
Or other solutions?

I don't know how important it is for you. We also had integration tasks, now they have an Integration API.
