CRM system with ip telephony?

Hello. I wanted to know what is the best way to use a crm system for a small business. It is desirable that it be possible to connect with a module or that ip telephony be built-in. And I wanted an intuitive interface

If you need to work only with contacts, specifically for the sales department, then they praise amoCRM - precisely for its understandable interface. Connected telephony seems to be there too.

I have AmoCRM integrated with Sipuni PBX and so far it works great. But I agree with the previous speaker, it is impossible to draw a conclusion based on the integration criterion alone.

Try our solution - basoCRM . There is no integration with ip telephony yet. This feature will be added by the end of March. In the future, you will not have to pay extra for connection. But you can clearly see what specific actions are being taken to move further down the funnel.
