What is a good system for tracking applications, questions?

There is an online store, inside which there is no order accounting system. All orders immediately go to the mail managers.
The task was to monitor the flow of applications, dialing the call center, whether the order was executed or not.
Is there any service for accounting incoming + application statuses, which can either be implemented in Outlook or used in the web version?

In the general case, this is called CRM systems, and some of them (for example, Terrasoft) can integrate with Outlook and telephony.

Grab the cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. There you can configure the distribution of these orders at the level of business rules. Plus, the system itself has a record of orders with statuses and other attributes. Works through Outlook, or through any browser. (it is more convenient of course through Outlook).
Cloud is more convenient, what you pay for active users of the system. Well, there are more sane consultants and programmers in Dynamics CRM. If you write something here, I will tell you what and how to do it faster, as well as get it cheaper on Russian servers.
