There are a lot of services, there are paid / free. Free ones usually have limitations. There are more paid options.
From myself I recommend Seranking - I have been using it for more than a year, a lot of useful features. You can track the dynamics by positions, by traffic, by visibility, by the percentage of requests in the TOP and by the traffic forecast in the desired regions and systems.
