Good afternoon.
Let's say my friend has a desire to translate from English video products not distributed in Russia (performances by some comedians, cartoons, educational videos). Since we are getting stricter and stricter with copyright, videos from YouTube and even VK are cut out confidently and quickly, distributors get real terms, the question arises:
How to distribute data via torrent with minimal (although zero would be better) risk of suddenly becoming a defendant?

all the movement through the tor (at least)
1) download the tor (not a browser)
2) start it
3) set the proxy in the torrent client and check all the fucking checkboxes
