Deploy site +Netlify, how to deploy multiple branches using a subdomain?

Hello!
The situation is as follows - there is a repository called, suppose site1 , in this repository there are two branches: master with which the build and deploy to the main site1.ru domain and the blog branch from which I want to deploy to the blog.site1.ru subdomain because it is practically a different site
The netlify documentation says that you can do this if the branches are expanded, that is, the subdomain is formed by the name of the branch, as I understand it. But I’m not catching up with something a little: in order for me to expand both branches, I basically need a subdomain or am I wrong? Because in Build settings I can specify only one assembly. And if the assemblies are different? That is, in fact, two branches, two assemblies andThe Build command for the build is different and the Publish directory is also different. How to be in such a situation? Of course, you can use the netlify.toml
configuration file , but I honestly don’t know how to configure it for my situation. Help pliz friends))) P/S/ Or is it somehow possible with the help of hooks?

One site per rep/brunch. That is, two sites for two brunches. I don’t remember that it was possible to raise a multisite from one turnip having one "site" in the netlify panel
