I would do so.
Before: you take all this in a div - text and an icon on the right. Div with border and radius.
You create then content with elements for a choice. All this in a new div. You remove visibility.
After: when you click in jquery (click), you remove the div's border and set the bottom border.
Change the icon to the opposite. And set visibility. div.

If everything is on the same domain (but 3 sites in different folders) - then prefixes.
If you want everything in one admin panel (the actual site is one) - the work is painstaking and diligent. Long and expensive.
If all the old sites were on the same CMS, you can try to combine 3 bases with a freebie using the Navicat program.
But in the end, most likely the monster will not start at all. Probability of non-launch is 85%. You still have to hire and pay.
