How to test content managers?
Task: to select quality content managers for remote work.
I need to check how they work, but not on customer projects.
I myself am thinking of making some kind of online store and giving them a test task to fill in 10-20 products. (You can ask to shoot the process on video so that the speed is visible)
Can someone else suggest options and methods?

You didn't write for remote work or for office work. If this is an office, you simply give a task, and see how they do it (the speed of work is not an indicator for me, a week will pass, and the speed of work will increase, because the work will become routine and automated, and you can play with the amount of money which you will hand over).
Well, plus, don’t forget to drive away the content manager with questions - because as a content manager is a loose concept, and what they just don’t do, let’s say they do translation, copywriting, rewriting and watering flowers from above for an additional margin.
Excuse me, sir, you are the same content manager.
Maybe, of course, you have a little more experience and projects in your work, but snobbery has already skyrocketed.
Let them sit under the cameras while they work, and every five minutes they make reports, what a trifle.
And what will you offer found high-quality content managers?
Half of the order of the customer, and take half for your beautiful eyes?
Do not pretend to be a businessman, a high-quality content manager will not work with you at reduced prices and will be able to find an order for himself.
upd. In the previous question, you are looking for a way to save $100 a year on your domain. Serious money for web development.
