Which CMS to choose for a gaming news site these days?
Hello, I would like to ask the society if there are similar sites, they are created on WordPress, but I don’t like this engine, and I didn’t try to make friends with it, I didn’t have enough patience, WordPress is not mine, I mainly write sites myself , but at the moment there is no point and time to do it from scratch, there is a domain with good traffic on the subject of minecraft on phones, I want to find an engine with such a template, or an example of an engine + template name, so as not to waste time developing from scratch, but immediately put, correct and launch the news.
(see screenshot)
I used the fluxbb forum, it showed itself well in search engines, but it is too outdated and works according to old principles, and more recently I saw that bots are registering and 218 links to other people's sites come from me, thereby increasing their trust, I had to demolish the forum for several reasons, there is no longer a desire to post content there. Now I urgently need an engine to implement news, I searched the entire github, CMS everywhere using laravel / symfony, I don’t need it.
The main requirement is mysql + php and without using composer / git, downloaded, uploaded, installed, configured and poured content.
Who knows a good CMS (not hackneyed like DLE / WP / Joomla and others), please advise, I will be grateful and appreciate all the comments in response.

I would recommend Wordpress, but joomla 3rd version (and soon 4th one) does Wordpress in terms of extensibility and flexibility.
not hackneyed like DLE / WP / Joomla and others- that is, you are ready to risk installing some raw shit that is not tested and not supported by anyone?
I write websites mostly by myself, but at the moment there is no point and time to do it from scratch
Come on! Well, if so, then composer, laravel and layout integration should not scare you.
I would do it on Modx if advanced user profile work is not required.
Under the description, wp is best suited from the popular ones, so it is.
Gamecms can solve all the problems, but how many of the known ones do not suit you. But it seems that the CMS is normal, and if you are still a web developer, then I think it will not be difficult at all to do something for yourself. You can do it on MODX too, why not NetCat, but on the same Ucoz, and it won’t even be bad if your hands are from that place.
Joomla + seblod + ganry or helix. Everything can be done.
