How to teach BigBlueButton to stream lectures on youtube?

There is a task to assemble a webinar platform from ready-made solutions, on which about 10 speakers can simultaneously talk and up to 1000 listeners can attend.
We are thinking of using it for the purpose of recording video from speakers, demonstrating their screens and displaying all this in one BigBlueButton window. And show users the picture of the stream already on youtube, so as not to overload your server.
How can I make BigBlueButton stream friends with youtube?
Are there any solutions for this or open-source video encoders that will be able to intercept the image from the BBB on the server and stream it to the youtube channel?

@Grommy

Was puzzled by the same question.
BBB records are specific, self-sufficient ... But they are not very suitable for YouTube, unfortunately.
The old GreenLight , version 1.* supported this, but I never got around to testing it. The item appeared when it was turned on in the config, and I calmed down ..
And then the 2nd version came, where uploading to YouTube was removed from the standard features ..
Recordings are obtained ... but I couldn’t post them directly.
Then I went the other way :)
OBS as an opportunity to broadcast to YouTube or other video hosting - works fine, you can capture the screen or the BBB window, set up additional. video camera or insert a video with illustrations for viewers of the broadcast.
I usually have 4-5-7 speakers talking, the screen is shared one by one, the cameras turn on and off. And there is a stable broadcast of 30fps to YouTube, with almost no load (the BBB server is up on a virtual machine with 4GB and 4 threads).
Norm, like.
