Can I, as the author of a Youtube video, see which sites it is embedded on?
Maybe someone else will tell you whether it would be a copyright violation to embed a Youtube video on a third-party site.

See where it is built in - the button "Show video statistics" under the video to the right of the number of views
On the page with the video there will be a link to the sites that have inserted the video for viewing, the link will be marked as eye icons with the inscription Posted on sites:
As for the sites where the video was embedded, see answers #1 and #2. As for the violation of rights, there is an option in the settings to allow/prohibit the embedding of each specific video on third-party sites, so if it is possible to get an embed code on the video page, then the author himself allowed it. Of course, this applies only to the "native" player from youtube, custom ones seem to be able to bypass these restrictions.
