Unbelievable, but true: so far it has not been possible to find a way to search for YouTube comments on one video, and there are a lot of them, and the option "scroll until all are loaded / search on the page" seems not the most reasonable. Is it possible to get all comments for a video via API? Do you know other methods that work in 2019? Interest is not idle - often among 10,000 comments what I want to know has already been discussed - and how I want to find out in this discussion base.

Well, as an option, bomb Google with queries like "text search for comments on YouTube videos." If there is demand, they will definitely add such a search.
