Is it true that the youtube service, when uploading a video, changes the encoding date? I would check it myself, but now only mobile Internet is at hand.

Yes.
Just checked.
It re-encodes the video and labels it with "creation_date" in UTC.

It converts your video into 3 formats and even different quality. Of course, he will indicate his date, but why yours?
