How to organize the transfer of screen content?

We need to broadcast the conference. Slides are spinning from one laptop. Cameras and sound from another (more powerful). Question: how to capture and transfer a picture in OBS to a second computer? VLC tried. The new one crashes at startup, the old one (2.0.0) works with terrible brakes and delays. Or how to properly configure VLC.
