How to sync Telegram contacts with Android smartphone address book?

After switching from Viber to Telegram, I noticed in the latter the impossibility of synchronizing contacts added via Telegram to the address book of a smartphone (Google Contacts), which is why I have to create a contact additionally in the address book in order to be able to see who called.
It is worth noting that there are no problems with this on iOS, there, the added contact via Telegram is added fully to the iOS phone book and when making a call, the contact is determined.
For a PC, I found a program that pulls contacts from Telegram and converts them into a phone book file, but doing this every time is inconvenient.

Smartphone settings -> Accounts (or Accounts and sync) -> Telegram.
It already depends on what version of Android you have and what kind of smartphone. For example, I just need to check the box for synchronization.
