How to sync phone and laptop via bittorent sync without internet?

Given: an Android phone and a laptop on the Eight. No internet, no WiFi router. How to sync both devices over WiFi using BitTorrent Sync?
I set up virtual WiFi on the laptop, connected the phone to the network, but Sync does not see it.

No way. For Bittorent Sync to work, as well as for Bittorent, you need access to a tracker that allows nodes to find each other.

The description from the last link says: "require at least one device connected to the network to access to them. "
I think after finding each other, it is possible to exchange DHT, with the Internet turned off, but this is my IMHO.

In the settings of the expanded folder (Preferences), you enable the Use predefined hosts parameter and point the ip: port devices to each other.
